Custom Product Order Policy
Due to the unique nature of our custom products, we have strict guidelines regarding changes, alterations, and cancellations once an order has been placed. It is important to review and confirm all order details before finalizing your purchase as all measurements, styles, species, shipping type, and destination are considered final. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed and cannot be changed, canceled, or altered for any reason. We have a highly efficient ordering and manufacturing process, allowing us to provide high-quality custom products with a short turnaround time. To ensure a smooth ordering experience, please double-check all details before submitting your order.
Shipping & Delivery:
We currently only ship within the United States and cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Shipping times typically range from 1-8 business days, excluding orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. While we strive to meet promised delivery dates, please note that various factors beyond our control may impact or delay the delivery process. Homize Inc. and its affiliates will not be held responsible for any resulting delays or subsequent problems.
It is important to be available and reachable during the delivery process. Some delivery services may contact you before delivering your order. Failure to communicate or schedule a timely delivery may result in additional storage fees. Customers are responsible for any charges incurred due to storage or re-delivery. If we are unable to reach you or the designated contact person during the delivery window, the order may be returned or destroyed at the customer's expense and liability. Please provide accurate and up-to-date contact information to avoid any issues.
All packages are shipped with insurance coverage for the order amount. If a product is damaged during shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to report the damage within three business days of package delivery.
Custom Made Products (Cabinet Doors, Drawer Fronts)
Our efficient ordering and manufacturing process enables us to offer top-quality custom products with a fast turnaround. However, this process does not allow for changes, cancellations, or alterations once an order is placed. We typically allow 6-8 business days for production, with some exceptions. Any questions or uncertainties regarding your order may result in processing delays. Homize Inc. and its affiliates will make every effort to deliver orders within the promised timeframe, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will not be held responsible for any resulting losses or costs.
Replacement / Damaged / Defective Policy
Damaged/Defective Items - General:
If merchandise purchased from Homize Inc. or its affiliates arrives damaged or defective, a replacement will be provided. Prior approval is required for all replacements. Claims or discrepancies must be reported within three business days of order delivery and before any installation or modification. Please complete the Problem Order form and include images to notify us, and we will respond with authorization or rejection notification, along with instructions for replacements or next steps. If a replacement item is not available, a refund may be authorized at our discretion.
Custom Made Products (Doors, Drawer Fronts):
Custom made products must be inspected upon receipt. If items from Homize Inc. or its affiliates arrive damaged or defective, a replacement will be provided. Prior approval is required for all replacements. Claims or discrepancies must be reported within three business days of order delivery and before installation, hinging, hanging, finishing, or modification.
Cabinet Doors / Drawer Fronts:
Please note that any variations from our normal construction specifications are not guaranteed. Products over 60" in width or height are not guaranteed against warping, twisting, splitting, or other defects. Products over 50" in height require a Center Rail to be guaranteed against warping, twisting, splitting, or other defects. A warp or twist of 3/16 of an inch or less is not considered a defect. Cabinet doors are manufactured with a tolerance of 1/16 of an inch. For all cabinet doors and drawer fronts, there is a 1/16 of an inch tolerance.
